If you order before the 15th day of the month, you will receive that month's sock.
If you order after the 15th day of the month, your subscription will start on the 3rd of the following month.

All shirts from our online store are made-to-order. This means your shirt is made from scratch at the time of your purchase, which allows for customizations such as adding a monogram (your name or initials) embroidered on the left cuff of the shirt, over your watch.
All in-stock items like masks and socks will ship next business day.
All Made-To-Order shirts take 4-6 weeks for production and shipping within North America, 5-7 weeks internationally.
Our MTO sizes for shirts cover anyone from a 34”-56” chest for men, and 30” - 52” for women. If you leave the ‘JAC can follow up with me’ checkbox selected, our team will reach out, chat about your fit preferences, and confirm you’ve selected the best size for you.
JAC has your back - we want to make sure you LOVE your shirts. If for any reason you don’t, we will work together to make it right. Contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you sorted.
For small fit changes or alterations, we’ll have you take your shirt to a local alterations tailor, and reimburse you for the bill, up to a total of $50.
For significant fit issues, we’ll exchange your shirt for a new one, free of charge. We only ask you to mail your non-fitting shirt back to us.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and satisfaction, and our return & refund rates are tiny. But in the unlikely case we’re unable to meet your expectations, we’ll promptly refund you. Again we only ask you to mail your shirt back to us. Contact us at email@example.com for returns.
All t-shirts, socks, and masks can be returned as long as they are in new, unworn, condition.
Yes, most orders can be cancelled or modified prior to us starting manufacture of your shirt, within 24 hours of your order being placed. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Unfortunately, we cannot control any additional charges, taxes or duties that may be issued by your country's import office. Those charges are the sole responsibility of the importer (you). Import duty and taxes will be different from country to country and depend on the value of the goods you are receiving. We have no control over these charges and we are unable to lower the stated value of any goods we send out.
