1. What is your return policy?
Dangerous Dress Shirts are custom one for one items; however, we want to make sure you LOVE your shirt.
If for some reason you do not love your shirt, we will work together to make it right.
Small alteration? Take it to a local seamstress, email me the bill and I will reimburse you for the cost.
If the alterations can not be completed, we will make you another shirt, free of charge. We will need a photo of you in the shirt to adjust your measurements accordingly. Please email these photos and your concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. How long does it take to ship?
Orders will be shipped from our Fredericton location 20-25 days after an order is placed. Delivery time is roughly 3-5 business days for Canadian orders and 1-2 weeks for international orders (can be longer depending on your countries customs and local delivery process). During big sales and busy times of the year, shipping may be delayed; we will try to keep you informed if that happens. Also, if you're an international customer your package may be delayed at customs for your country up to six weeks.
3. Why isn't my tracking working?
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated by Canada Post. If it is still not working, please email us at email@example.com
4. Do you ship internationally? How much?
Yes. We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $20.
5. I'm an international customer, why do I have to pay additional fees at customs?
Before purchasing you should check your country's import tax and or duty charges. Jeff Alpaugh Custom cannot control any additional charges, taxes or duties issued by your countries import office. Those charges are the sole responsibility of the importer (you). Import duty and taxes will be different from country to country and depend on the value of the goods you are receiving. We have no control over these charges and we are unable to lower the stated value of any goods we send out. You will have to handle those fees, BUT we will not be charging you Canadian taxes.

7. Can I pick up if I'm local?
Live in Fredericton or travelling to the area? Save on shipping and pickup at our studio for free. Just select the "Local Pickup (Fredericton Only)" option when checking out.

You will be notified by email when your shirt is ready for pickup with instructions and times available for pick-up.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, most orders can be cancelled or modified prior to us starting manufacture of your shirt (usually 24-48 hours prior). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort out the rest
9. I placed an order and didn't get an email, what do I do?
This may have been due to a misspelling at checkout. Please email us at email@example.com and we will update your email address.
11. I received the wrong item or damaged item. What should I do?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org pictures of the damaged product ASAP and we will get it sorted out.
12. What are your hours of operation?
We are by appointment only. Leading up to the holiday season, we are typically open from 10am to 5pm. Please check our facebook page for current hours (if available)
13. How do I know that my shirt will fit me?
We always do our best to get you a perfectly fitting shirt. If something gets lost in translation, we will make sure you are taken care of. All of our shirts include a 100% fit guarantee. If it does not fit, we will make it right.
14. What happens if I don't get my order?
We will do our best to help you track down the package. Please email us at email@example.com.
