Refund policy


Returns
We will remake or alter any custom product within 30 days to make sure that you get the perfect fit. If your item is not a custom product, it should be returned in new condition, at buyers expense, within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Exceptions
There are certain situations where refunds will not granted, or a partial refunds may be issued on a case by case basis:


All items in the Sample Sale are priced to build fans and are subject to availability. JAC Designs reserves the right to cancel and refund an order in full should the item be unavailable. One of each item is available. No customizations. Items are not subject to regular terms and conditions and are sold AS IS and are FINAL SALE.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and should be treated like cash
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or approved alteration.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior approval.
- If your order incurs costs to our company - for example, in cases of credit card fraud or where your item has started the production process and a refund is requested 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jacustomorders@gmail.com. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will exchange any defective item free of charge . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email ( jacustomorders@gmail.com. ) and send your item to: JAC Designs, PO Box 212, Petawawa, ON, K8H2X1

To return your product, you should mail your product to: JAC Designs, PO Box 212, Petawawa, ON, K8H2X1

Order Cancellations

JAC Designs reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: the product be unavailable, delivery timelines or if the order is suspected to be fraudulent. In the event of a cancellation, the order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method (if applicable). 

The customer is able to request a cancellation on any order as long as the order has not been processed and the item is not subject to any other terms of sale. Usually, cancellations can be processed within 24-48 hrs.


If the item being returned is a custom product and is being remade, please email us at  jacustomorders@gmail.com to get a complimentary shipping label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
